Welcome to VenBats LLC! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and content. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services Provided
VenBats LLC offers Ai consulting, AI Growth systems, processes & workflow development and AI-enhanced content repurposing services designed for small businesses (under 15M in annual revenue), nonprofits, thought leaders, CEOs, and consultants. This includes repurposing podcasts, webinars, and other long-form content into a variety of other content formats (e.g., LinkedIn posts, Twitter/X threads, blog posts, and video scripts). The client retains copyright of any repurposed content. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
Free Trial Terms
All viable potential clients are offered a free 45-minute consulting call. You do not owe anything for the call, ever. For the free content engine offer clients are eligible for one month free under the Starter Plan ($1,000 value). The free trial includes up to four repurposed content pieces. Clients may cancel at any time during the free month with no obligation. Continuing the service after the free month will automatically enroll you in the Starter Plan at the standard rate unless canceled before the end of the trial.
Payments & Billing
VenBats LLC accepts payment through ACH transfer, SWIFT international transfer and Stripe credit card processing. Paid plans are billed monthly. Invoices will be sent via email and are due within seven days of receipt or can be set up as automatic credit card payments. Late payments may result in service suspension until payment is made.
Intellectual Property Rights
All repurposed content created by VenBats LLC becomes the property of the client upon delivery. We reserve the right to showcase examples of client work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless explicitly requested not to.
Client Responsibilities
Content Service Clients are responsible for:
- Providing high-quality source material (e.g., podcasts, videos, blog posts)
- Communicating brand guidelines, tone, and preferences
- Approving or requesting edits to content within 5 business days.
Limitation of Liability
VenBats LLC is not liable for:
- Third-party platform issues (e.g., LinkedIn or Twitter/X outages)
- Loss of data or profits due to client negligence
- Any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our services
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clients can cancel at any time with seven days notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered. Free trial participants can cancel at any time during the trial with no fees.
Confidentiality
We agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared by clients during our collaboration.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
