Payments & Billing Paid plans are billed monthly. Invoices will be sent via email and are due within 7 days of receipt. Late payments may result in service suspension until payment is made.

Intellectual Property Rights All repurposed content created by Venbats LLC becomes the property of the client upon delivery. We reserve the right to showcase anonymized examples of client work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless explicitly requested not to.

Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for:

Providing high-quality source material (e.g., podcasts, videos, blog posts) Communicating brand guidelines, tone, and preferences Approving or requesting edits to content within a reasonable time frame.

Limitation of Liability Venbats LLC is not liable for:

Third-party platform issues (e.g., LinkedIn or Twitter outages) Loss of data or profits due to client negligence Any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our services 7. Cancellation & Refund Policy Clients can cancel at any time with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered. Free trial participants can cancel anytime during the trial with no fees. 8. Confidentiality We agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared by clients during our collaboration.
